The Kiosk scanner isn't reading my badge.

Ensure you are in a well-lit area and the camera lens on the device is clean. If your browser or device asks for Camera Permissions, you must click "Allow". If your physical badge is damaged, contact HR for a replacement and manually type your ID.

I forgot my secure login password.

For security reasons, corporate passwords cannot be reset automatically via the app. You must contact the System Administrator directly from your @rkcliste.com email to request a secure credential reset.

My account is marked as "Pending" or "Suspended".

New management accounts require manual verification from the IT Department before they are activated. If your account was active but is now suspended, please contact your immediate supervisor or the HR department.
